You read the forecast and close the tab. You will start when the transit passes, when work slows down, when you feel ready. You have been saying that for two years.

You already know your type. Your life still looks the same. You can say your type and your authority at a dinner table without thinking about it, and this week you opened your notes app to check what your Sacral means before answering a yes or no question that was yours to answer.

You did not need to understand Human Design better. You needed a way to get it out of your head and into your hands.

Day one

You stop analysing and make a mark

You leave day one having set down what was never yours to carry, and having seen who you are underneath the story you have been telling about yourself.

Your design gets out of the folder

Your bodygraph goes onto the canvas in your own hand. You leave knowing which channels are already working for you, and having found the exact place a shadow turns into a gift.

You leave with instructions

You finish with a painting you keep and a set of instructions your future self leaves for the woman who is about to need them.

What to bring

One canvas, twenty by twenty inches minimum. An easel or a flat surface. Acrylic paints, a few brushes, water. Paint pens if you want detail work. Nothing fancy. This is a ceremony, not a supply list to stress over.

Two questions, answered

Do I need painting experience? No. Your hands will know what to do before your mind catches up.

Do I need to know my chart? Your type and your authority, yes. This is not an introduction to Human Design. It is where you finally use the reading you already have.

Jen Day

Jen spent 27 years as a teacher before her own becoming asked for more room. Her path runs from the classroom to the ceremony fire, rooted in Celtic and Andean traditions, and through a baptism in a glacial lake high in the Andes. She painted an oracle deck. She created LifeLines. She leads retreats offered only to clients. Today she teaches Human Design, Gene Keys, and astrology as one map, for women who have made knowing themselves a way of life and are ready to live like it.
